Why I Love This Recipe
We are using citrus fruits like passion fruit with a tangy-sweet taste along with Kafir lime leaves which came from an exotic citrus fruit from Southeastern Asia. It goes well with Aperol, which has a vibrant orange hue flavor and is added with a refreshing prosecco for a more relaxing day under the sun, or while watching the sunset as it set off the skies.
Ingredients You'll Need
50 ml Aperol
30 ml Prosecco – Sparkling Wine
20 ml Passionfruit Puree
15 ml Fresh passionfruit juice
3 nos Kafir lime leaves
1 tsp Passion fruit pulp
In the shaker, mix and shake well all the ingredients.
Pour in the wine glass filled with ice and top up with Prosecco.
Garnish – Kafir Lime leaf and passionfruit pulp
