Citrus Vinaigrette

Ingredients You'll Need
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
In a food processor or blender, chop garlic and parsley. Add vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to taste and process. While processing, add orange juice and oil. Makes about 1/2 cup. Great on any salad or as a a marinade for fish, chicken or pork.
