City Chicken Barb Fankhauser's Style

Why I Love This Recipe
I remember my mom making this :) I think this recipe came from her friends here in Ohio. From what I've heard it seems to be made in the Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Indiana region. I think the original recipe calls for veal cubes w/ the pork but we refuse to eat baby animals!!! But adult beef tastes good too :)
Ingredients You'll Need
Pork cubes (or beef or both)
About 3-4 Egg yolks (give whites to animals if you don't feel like frying them up for yourself)
About 1- 2 TBS Milk
Flour
salt and pepper
Regular Seasoned bread crumbs
Vegetable oil
4 inch Sticks for putting them on. Like shish kabob sticks only smaller
Grease bottom of baking pan *NOTE: Stores here in Ohio package pork cubes w/ the sticks allready w/ them
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
Mix egg and milk together
Put the cubes on the sticks
Dip pork cubes in milk
Dip in flour to coat them
Dip back in egg mix (Do this dip quickly so you don't take off the flour you just put on)
Roll in Breadcrumbs to coat all sides
Add salt lightly or to taste
Pan fry in vegetable oil 'till lightly browned on all sides
Then put them in generously greased baking pan
W/ tiny bit of water so they don't burn. Too much will take breading off!
Bake at 350F 'till meats cooked through. Turning if needed so they don't burn
Strain on paper toweled plate to absorb some of the grease before serving
