Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
6 1/2 ounce minced clams with juice
1 stick of butter
1 small onion (minced)
6 ounces of mozzarella cheese
2 tsp lemon juice
1-2 cloves of minced garlic
Dash of pepper
Oregano to taste
Directions
Sauté onion and garlic in butter. Mix together all ingredients except cheese. Add onion mixture. In an ungreased pie plate layer 1/2 of the clam mixture followed by 1/2 of the cheese. Add the remainder of the clam mixture with the remaining cheese on top (layer just like a lasagna). Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Serve warm with crackers of your choice.
