Classic Fruit Pizza *with a twist*

Why I Love This Recipe
This is a classic version of a fruit pizza, the one my mom's good friend used to make for our family's while we vacationed together, but with a twist of my own. This pizza has a chocolate layer, as well as a suped-up cream cheese layer.
Ingredients You'll Need
Pizza Dough:
1 package store bought sugar cookie dough
Toppings:
6-8 oz Nutella *Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
Any kind of sliced fruits you enjoy (i used Grapes, Pineapple, Strawberries, Apricot, Kiwi, Blueberries, & Raspberries)
Glaze:
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup apple juice
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
3-4 tablespoons cornstarch
*Tip-if using bananas, glazing them with lemon juice will help them not to brown immediately.
Directions
Spread cookie dough onto a medium size pizza pan. Bake until firm to touch, about 11 to 15 minutes. Cool completely.
Spread onto cookie an even layer of Nutella. Place in fridge or freezer until firm (not frozen).
In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, extracts, THEN chocolate. Spread cream cheese mixture over top of the firm Nutella layer.
Decorate with sliced fruit.
Mix together all ingredients for glaze, and glaze fruit only.
Slice and serve immediately. Store in fridge. Dessert will only last as long as sliced fruit lasts.
*Serving Suggestion-After glazing, top with regular or toasted shredded coconut, OR melt white chocolate and drizzle over, OR serve with whipped cream on the side {preferably homemade if you have the time! (= }
