Energetic Yogurt.

Ingredients You'll Need

Yogurt: any type, like coconut milk or almond milk, or Greek, or your favorite type, flavor and preferred brand. 5 or 6 oz.
Your favorite sweet and seedless grapes (you can replace or mix with strawberries), a handful.
Pure Honey, a couple of spoons
Your favorite granola.


Directions

Open your yogurt container, and pour it on a personal bowl.


Throw your fruit into the bowl


Add your granola


Mix everything


Add two honey spoons on top


It is ready to enjoy as a natural and energetic breakfast or desert after lunch.
