Coal Roasted Potatoes and Onions

Ingredients You'll Need
1 med. red potato per person
1/2 Sweet onion, diced
2 Greeen onions, chopped
2 Tablespoons bacon bits
1 Tablespoon basil
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive oil
Salt, pepper and Louisiana seasoning (to taste).
1 Sheet aluminum foil (heavy duty)
Directions
Mix oil, bits & basil.
Place foil on flat surface bend up 1/3 on each side.
Pour half oil on foil and spread.
Wash and slice potatoes, pepper and onions.
Place half the potatoes on oiled foil next the onion and top with rest of the potatoes.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and Louisiana seasoning over the potatoes.
Sprinkle rest of the oil over the entire mount.
Pull sides of foil together and seal tightly.
Place over hot coals.
Turn when you hear sizzling sound.
Turn every few minutes until package puffs up - About 20 min for 3 potatoes.
