Coalfish with mustard sauce
Why I Love This Recipe
I had coalfish filets that I didn't know what to do with. I found this recipe on a French cooking site and tried it, adding some minced shallots to the sauce and adding the sauce halfway through cooking rather than from the beginning. It turned out delicious!
Ingredients You'll Need
2 filets coalfish
4 tbsp single cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper
Preheat over at 390°C.
Put the filets in a shallow baking dish.
In a bowl, combine the cream, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the fish and bake for 30 minutes.
