8 qt box powdered milk (Carnation brand)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 can “Quick”
1 jar coffee mate (6oz)
Directions
Mix in large bowl.
Use 1/3 cup of mix in 2/3 cup water.
Top with marshmallows.
