2 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1/31/3 cups flour
1/8 tsp salt
2/3 sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the coconut, flour, and salt.
Add the milk and the vanilla
Mix well.
The Batter Will Be Stiff.
Drop by tablespoonfuls 1 inch apart onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 F for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove to wire racks.
