Coffee Cake

Ingredients You'll Need
Cake Ingredients:
3 cups flour
6 tsp (2 Tbsp) baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup shortening
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
Streusel Ingredients:
4 Tbsp butter, melted
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
6 Tbsp flour
6 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat over to 375.
Beat sugar and shortening together
Add eggs and beat well
Add remaining ingredients and beat until well-blended.
Pour half of the batter into a greased 9x13 pan.
Make streusel topping by combining dry ingredients with the melted butter and mix well.
Sprinkle the 1st half of the cake batter with half of the streusel topping.
Put remaining cake batter on top (spread it as best you can - I use a spatula or the back of a spoon)
Sprinkle the remaining streusel on top of the cake batter.
Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
