"Delicious spicy, cold noodles"

Serves 8-10 ( 6 batches of sauce) | Prep Time | Cook Time

Served at our annual book planning weekend.

Ingredients You'll Need

8 oz jar sesame paste
16 oz soy sauce
1/2 c sesame oil
1/3 c white vinegar
1/3 c chili ( red hot) oil ( can increase to 1/2 c
1.5-2 Tbs sugar
1 tsp black pepper
Pop all ingredients into blender and frappe for about a minute until smooth.Poor into 5-6 glass containers ( jam jars) and freeze.
1 lb Chinese noodles or spaghetti
1 Tbs sesame oil
2 Tbs canola/vegetable oil
Make noodles/pasta and rinse with cool water. Toss with 2 oils above to prevent sticking. Chill for a few hours.
When ready to serve mix the noodles with a jar of sauce and toss.
Garnish with scallions, sesame seed. Can add grilled chicken/beef/shrimp/tofu, fresh ginger, cucumber.
Will keep in refrigerator 3-4 days.


Can be frozen
