Ingredients You'll Need
3 c (750 mL) finely shredded cabbage
1/2 grated carrot
1/4 c (60 mL) diced green pepper
1/4 c (60 mL) cooked salad dressing or mayonnaise
Directions
1.) wash all vegetables and place into refrigerator to crisp
2.) shred cabbage and prepare carrot and green pepper
3.) add dressing and mix to coat vegetables
4.) serve immediately
