Ingredients You'll Need
5 c. sliced carrots
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 Tb. minced green pepper
2 Tb. minced green onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
Cook carrots in boiling salted water 'til tender. Drain. Combine with remaining ingredients, stirring to blend. Heat thoroughly.
