Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe was taken from the Taste Section of the Mpls. Star Tribune paper back in the 70's I think. It was all the rage then.
Try other fruits as well!!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vinegar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip®. thawed
1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
small bunch of green grapes
14 - 17 fudge striped cookies
Mix instant pudding with milk & vinegar.
Add whipped topping.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Add pineapple and other fruit.
Just before serving, crush cookies and sprinkle on top.
