Copycat Cocktail (my attempt to copy a P.F. Chang's cocktail)

Why I Love This Recipe
It's beautiful and it's easy -- you'll be surprised.
Ordered a cocktail at P.F. Chang's last summer. I don't recall the name. I'm not a sweet cocktail loving person--my drinks usually involve gin and olives (lots of glorious green olives). I despise grenadine and vodka concoctions--yuck. Despite the sweetness of the P.F. Chang's cocktail, one sip and I was in love. The best part was that the flavors changed as I continued to work my way through the golden top that turned to silky purple in the bottom of the glass.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 part pineapple juice
1 part vanilla vodka
1/2 part raspberry liquor
Directions
In a shaker with ice, shake 2 parts pineapple juice with 1 part vanilla vodka. Pour into martini glass. Carefully trickle 1/2 part raspberry liquor down side of glass so that the berry-colored fluid sinks to the bottom while the golden pineapple mixture floats on top. Garnish (or not) with whatever creative fruit bits you have available.
