Corn Chips Taco Shrimp Salad
Why I Love This Recipe
Add jalapenos and anything else the gang will agree on!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 head of lettuce, shredded
1 can Whole kernel corns, drained
1 can sweet peas, drained
1 can of diced black olives
2 fresh tomatoes - diced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 1b bag of shredded cheddar cheese
1 bottle Catalina style dressing
1 package taco seansoning
1 lb. Shrimp, shelled & devained
1 large bag of Corn chips
Directions
Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve over Corn Chips
