Ingredients You'll Need
1 1/4 cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Cornmeal
4 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 Eggs
3/4 cup Milk
Hot Dogs Of Choice
Skewers
Directions
*Dry off hot dogs with paper towel
*Stick skewers in hot dog
*Mix all the dry ingredients together; then add the eggs and milk, mix until lump free
*Dip dogs into batter to coat
*Deep fry until light brown
