Corn N Mac Casserole
Why I Love This Recipe
This is very good. It tastes sweeter then it sounds too. I've been making it for years and everytime I make it, it's the highlight of whatever event we're at.

Ingredients You'll Need
Casserole dish
Casserole dish lid or foil
1 Stick of unsalted butter
1 Can Cream Corn
1 Can Whole Kernal Corn (undrained)
4oz Velveeta Cheese
1 Cup Elbow Macaroni (uncooked)
Optional: Black Pepper, Paprika, dried Parsley leaves for presentation after its cooked.
Directions
Preheat oven at 350 degrees
Melt butter stick in the microwave
Add macaroni, corn, and diced Velveeta. Mix well.
Bake covered for 30minutes.
Remove from oven, stir, and bake for 30minutes longer uncovered or until cheese is golden.
After removing, sprinkle optional garnish for presentation.
Serve hot.
