Corn Pudding

Why I Love This Recipe
I use a round 2 quart casserole dish sprayed with pam. I have a gas oven, so it doesn't take a full hour to bake. I love this casserole...ate some for breakfast. LOL

Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups corn, cut off the cob, (blanched first)
4-5 beaten eggs (I used 5)
2 Cups Milk
1 T. butter or margarine
2 T. sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
Directions
Corn Pudding

Assemble in Casserole dish--top with
1/2 cup grated cheese and 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
Bake at 350 degree's for 1 hour
