Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe came to our family when my younger brother was born in 1964. That made me 7 years old. When my mom was in the hospital, one of our parent’s friends invited my dad and myself and my two older brothers over for dinner and they served this dish. I raved about how good it was. Our family has been making ever since.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 Can of creamed corn
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of milk
1 cup of ritz crackers (crushed) fine
dash of salt
Mix all and place in a round baking dish.
Add a pat of butter in the center.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Severed usually with Ham or Pork as a side
