Ingredients You'll Need
2 eggs
2 tbsps. cornstarch
2 tbsps. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 (1 pound) can creamed corn
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions
Beat eggs and beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
