Ingredients You'll Need

1/2 pound breakfast sausage
3 tbs flour
2 cups milk
pinch of salt
1 tsp pepper


Brown our sausage

Sprinkle with half of flour and stir around to pick up grease

Add remaining flour and stir....flour should have cleaned up the grease & coated flour

Add milk and continue to cook as it thickens 5-10 minutes

Add the salt & pepper

If sauce thickens too much add extra milk until its the desired consistency
