Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 pound crabmeat
14 oz chopped artichoke hearts
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
2 tbl honey Dijon mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbl chopped dill
Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients
2. Stir ingredients till smooth
3. Spoon mixture in to a greased casserole dish and bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes
Let dip cool for 5 minutes. Serve with French bread, crackers or garlic bread pieces.
