Why I Love This Recipe

Pat Sailstad 1994 recipe

Ingredients You'll Need

12 oz softened cream cheese
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp mayo
1 small onion grated
dash garlic salt
1/2 bottle of Heinz chili sauce
One 4 1/4 oz can crab meat
Dried parsley


Layer #1: Mix 12 oz of softened cream cheese, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp mayo, 1 small onion grated, and dash of garlic salt

Layer #2: Blend the above and spread on shallow 9" plate. Pour 1/2 bottle Heinz chili sauce over mixture.

Layer #3: Add one 4 1/4 oz can of crab meat

Layer #4: Sprinkle generously with dried parsley

Cover all with saran wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Serve with crackers.
