Ingredients You'll Need
1 Large Carton of Fresh Mushrooms
1 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
3 Green Onions, finely chopped
8 0z. Cream Cheese
1 Tsp. Lemon Juice
1 Can Lump Crabmeat
Directions
Wash & stem mushrooms.
Drain caps on paper towel.
Spray baking dish with Pam & arrange caps on paper towel. Barely cover the bottom of the dish with water.
Mix all ingredients together. It will look like paste.
Place small piece of butter in bottom of each mushroom cap. Stuff caps with mixture.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
