Cran-Pistachio Cookies

Very festive being green and red. These cookies last quite a few days without getting stale. You can make them almost 5-7 days ahead of time.

Ingredients You'll Need
1 pouch of sugar cookie mix (17.5oz)
1 box (4 servings) pistachio INSTANT pudding mix
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup of butter, melted
2 eggs
1 cup dry-roasted salted pistachio nuts- chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries- chopped
Directions
1) In large bowl stir together cookie mix, pudding mix, and flour. Stir in melted butter and eggs until soft dough forms. Add pistachios and cranberries, then mix well.
2) Using small cookie scoop or teaspoon, drop dough 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Press middle with finger to flatten the middle a little bit.
3) Bake at 350 for 8-9 minutes (you want them firm but NOT brown on the bottom)
4) Cool completely before eating and ENJOY!!
