Ingredients You'll Need
1 box Pillsbury Angel Food Cake mix
1 (6 ounce) bag craisins
1 (8 ounce) bag chopped dates
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup water
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Put batter in freezer while preheating oven. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using "cookie scoop", drop cookies onto well-greased cookie sheet. Bake 13 minutes. Remove, transfer cookies to cooling rack. Between cookie sheets, keep batter in freezer. Makes 48 cookies, 1 point each!
