Ingredients You'll Need
2 Cups cooked and shredded chicken
1/2 Cup mayo
7.5 Ounces canned cranberry sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
8 Slices of bread
Lettuce
Directions
Lay out 4 slices of bread and coat with mayonnaise. Place 1/4 cup of chicken on each sandwich, cover with lettuce. On the 4 tops, spread cranberry sauce evenly. Place tops on bottoms.
