Why I Love This Recipe

Another essential part of Thanksgiving Dinner.

Ingredients You'll Need

4 cups cranberries
1 cup boiling water
2 cups sugar

Directions

Clean cranberries. Throw out the squishy ones.

Place in pan with boiling water. Boil until all of the berries have burst. About 10 minutes.

Pour into a sieve, and mash through as much pulp as possible. (you could also gently put the berries into the cusinart).

Add 2 cups of sugar, bring to a boil, stiring constantly until the sugar is disolved.

Pour at once into a mold. Chill until set. Unmold to serve.
