Ingredients You'll Need
Cake:
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cocoa
2 T vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Frosting:
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 T butter
6 T milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Directions
1) Sift dry ingredients into a cake pan.
2) Make 3 holes in the mixture and pour salad oil, vinegar, and vanilla in them.
3) Pour 2 cups of cold water over the entire mixture and stir with fork until completely mixed.
4) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
Frosting:
1) Boil sugar, butter, and milk.
2) Once it begins to boil, add chocolate chips and remove from heat.
