Cream Puff in a pan

Why I Love This Recipe
it is a hit everywhere I take it so if you plan to take to a picnic, reunion or anything - take a piece for yourself BEFORE setting it out on the table!
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
1 cup water
4 eggs
3- 4 oz. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
8 oz. softened cream cheese
8 oz. cool whip
1/4 cup ice cream topping {caramel or choc. syrup}
Directions
Bring butter and water to a boil.
Remove from heat and add flour.
Then add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each egg is added.
When mixture forms a ball, pat into a greased 10"X15" pan.
Bake @ 400 degrees for 35 min.
Remove from oven and press down the puffy parts of the crust. Cool.
Mix cream cheese and 1 cup milk together until creamy; then add rest of milk and pudding.
Spread over the cooled crust.
Spread cool whip over the pudding.
Drizzle ice cream topping over the cool whip. Keep refrigerated.
