Creamed new potatoes and peas

Ingredients You'll Need
8 new potatoes
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup canned evap milk
1 10oz pkg frozen peas
1/2 cup finely diced onion
4 slices cooked crispy bacon
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbs flour
1/4 cup butter
Directions
Cut potatoes in half and place in pam sprayed casserole dish. Cook peas according to package and sprinkle over potatoes. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk and can evap milk and cook, stir a lot until thick. Pour sauce over vegatables and stir. Top with bacon and heat in oven for 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
