Creamy Chicken and Rice

Pro Tip: This casserole is great with any left-over chicken pulled from the bone or holiday turkey.

Ingredients You'll Need
1 Knorr creamy chicken rice side
8 oz cream cheese
1 lb chicken (cooked and cubed)
1 can cream of mushroom
1 sleeve Ritz Crackers
5 tbsp melted butter
Preheat oven to 350. Cook rice according to package. Add cream cheese while rice is hot to melt the cream cheese. Add Chicken and cream of mushroom soup and mix well. Add to 2 quart casserole dish. Cook casserole for 20 minutes. Remove casserole from oven and add crushed crackers mixed with the melted butter for topping. Return the casserole to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
