Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 head of green and red (if desired) cabbage, cut into very fine shreds plus 1/2 c. carrots, shredded (or use coleslaw mix from the grocery)
1/2 c. mayo
1-3 t. sugar
1/2 t. freshly ground sea salt
1 t. lemon juice
1 t. celery seeds
1 T. sweet pickle juice (from a jar of sweet pickles)
Directions
In a large bowl mix together mayo, lemon juice, sugar, salt, celery seeds, and pickle juice. Mix until creamy. Add cabbage mixture and stir well. Refrigerate until serving.
