Creamy Corn

Cream corn is one of those dishes that dresses up special events, but feels just as comfortable at the everyday table. A favorite at our table.
Ingredients You'll Need
Bag of frozen corn ( 5 serving)
Brick of cream cheese, cut in cubes
4 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp milk
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt, OR
3/4 tsp garlic salt can replace both salt and garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a microwave safe bowl, place corn and butter. Microwave for 2 minutes, mixing after 1 minute.
Add cream cheese. Microwave for 1 more minute. Stir in the milk. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir.
Cook for 20 minutes. Stir to mix thoroughly before serving.
