Creamy Potato Soup

A good winter meal.
Ingredients You'll Need
7 potatoes, peeled and diced
3 medium onions, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
4 c water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 c butter
1/2 c flour
2 c milk
Optional, cheese and cubed ham
Directions
Cook diced vegetables in water until tender. Do not drain. Stir in bouillon and butter. In a jar, shake flour and 1 c milk. Add to soup. Stir until it comes to a boil and thickens. Add remaining milk and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add cheese and cubed ham if desired. Stir until cheese melts.
