Why I Love This Recipe

A snack.

Ingredients You'll Need

1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare a medium mixing bowl and combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Fold in the drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Mix thoroughly and add salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables!
