Creamy Tex Mex Pork Chops

Tex Mex Seasoning
1TBS cayenne pepper
2TBS dried oregano
2TBS ground cumin
1TBS ground coriander
2tsp. black pepper
2tsp. sea salt
CREAMY TEX MEX PORK CHOPS
4 boneless pork chops - flattened
2tsp. Tex Mex Seasoning
4TBS. butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup salsa
Lime wedges
Directions
Season each pork chop with tex mex stuff on both sides. Heat butter in skillet and saute chops for about 2-3 minutes each side. Remove and cover with aluminum foil. Add cream and salsa to skillet and simmer for 2 minutes. Spoon sauce over chops and squeeze lime over each one.
