Crescent Roll Beef Casserole

Why I Love This Recipe
Recipe found in Pat Sailstad’s recipe file box. Pat noted on the recipe that “This is good if you use any left over spaghetti sauce with sour cream added."
Ingredients You'll Need
1 package Crescent rolls
1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion chopped
paprika, salt and pepper to taste
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 cup sour cream(take out ahead of time.Cold sour cream will separate if added hot beef)
6 slices cheese
Directions
Spread crescent rolls in 9 X 13 pan
Brown ground beef with the onion
Pour off beef grease
Add paprika, salt, pepper, mushrooms and sour cream
Stir and put mixture on top of crescent rolls
Lay cheese slices on the top of the mixture
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
