4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup almond flour

1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil


Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a shallow dish, mix together the almond flour, parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

In another dish, beat the eggs.

Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat with the almond flour mixture, pressing the coating onto the chicken to adhere.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
