Ingredients You'll Need
3/4 batch The Un-Salsa Salsa, high protein, fresh flavors (aka Asian Pear Salsa)
1 can Black Beans
Tortilla Chips (no trans fat)

Here's a little serving suggestion for a quick "taco salad" using healthier ingredients.

Ingredients:
3/4 batch The Un-Salsa Salsa, high protein, fresh flavors (aka Asian Pear Salsa)
1 can Black Beans
Tortilla Chips (no trans fat)
Directions:
Prepare salsa, set aside.
Lightly crumple 1 serving tortilla chips (about 9 chips) into an individual-sized serving bowl. Repeat with 2 additional bowls.
Add 1/2 cup directly from can of black beans to bowl (about 1/3 can per serving.) Repeat with the other 2 bowls.
Add 1/4 of a full size recipe (or 1/3 of a 3/4 size batch) of Asian Pear Salsa to bowl. Repeat with the other 2 bowls.
Gently mix to blend. Eat immediately if you like your chips crispy, or let slightly soften from the black bean and salsa liquids.
