Crock Pot Country Style Ribs

This came from a 1994 Better homes and Garden
Ingredients You'll Need
3 - 4 lbs pork country-style ribs
1 cup catsup
1 1/2 onion grated
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Preheat broiler
Place ribs on unheated rack of a broiler pan
Broil 6 inches from the heat until brown about 10 minutes, turning once
Transfer ribs to crock pot
In a small bowl mix the rest of the ingredients
Pour over ribs, turning to coat.
Cover, cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 5-7 hours
Serve with sauce over the top.
