Crock Pot Cranberry Pork Roast

Cooks Note:
*I have yet to try this but my friends LOVE it. I think I would cut the sugar down since jellied cranberry has plenty itself.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 1/2-3 lb. rolled pork roast
2 cans (16 oz) jellied cranberry sauce
1 cup sugar *
1 cup cranberry juice
2 Tsp. dry mustard
1/2 Tsp. ground cloves
Directions
Put pork roast in slow cooker.
In a bowl, mash together all other ingredients.
Pore over roast
Cook on low 6-8 hours.
Remove roast and keep warm.
Skim fat from juices, measure 2 cups, adding water if necessary, and pour into sauce pan.
Bring to a boil.
Combine 4 tablespoons cold water to make a paste, add to pan.
Cook and stir until thickened.
