It doesn't get easier than 'set it and forget it' with this delicious slow-cooker meal!


Ingredients You'll Need

4-5 lb. pork butt
1 Tbsp. Hawaiian Salt
1 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
1/2 head of cabbage
Ground pepper (as needed)


Directions

Poke the pork all over with a fork. Put in crock pot and rub all over with liquid smoke, then with Hawaiian salt (you may want to cover your hand with a plastic bag or glove).


Place fat-side up and cook on high for 4-6 hours. Add cabbage in and let it sit so it gets soft, adding pepper as needed to taste.
