Questions, Comments & Reviews

This is a wonderful recipe! I've given up bread so didn't have it as a sandwich so just ate it with a fork. Very moist and has a lot of flavor.

This is one of my favorite recipes that I have gotten from Kate, and believe me I have gotten some wonderful recipes from her! I have made this with all breasts, but the thighs and breasts really are best! There is a zinfandel italian dressing that works wonderfully. Top with mayo and a tomato and, HEAVEN! :) Everyone loves them!

Does this ever appeal to me. I love chicken salad sandwiches and this sounds so tasty.
