Crockpot Beef Stew

Ingredients You'll Need
2 lb roast beef, cubed
2 c sliced carrots
2 d diced potatoes
3 stalks sliced celery
1 medium onion, chopped
2 t minute tapioca
1 T salt
1/2 t pepper
8 oz tomato sauce
1 c water
3 T brown sugar
1 1/2 c frozen peas (add last hour of cooking)
Directions
Combine beef and vegetables in crock pot. Sprinkle with tapioca, salt, and pepper. Combine tomato sauce and water and pour over ingredients in crock pot. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, adding peas for last hour of cooking.
