Crockpot Chicken and Noodles

Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups chopped chicken
1 small Onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup Thinly sliced celery
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Poutry seasoning
1/4 tsp thyme
4 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup Cornstarch
1/3 cup Cold water
8 oz medium egg noodles
Chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Combine chicken, onion, celery, garlic, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, thyme and noodles in a crockpot. Add chicken broth. Cover and cook on LOW 4 or 5 hours or until noodles are tender. Turn control to HIGH. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water. Stir into juices in slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH 15-20 minutes or until slightly thickened. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
