3- to 5-pound chuck (or pork) roast
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 package Lipton® onion soup mix
Coca-Cola® to cover (not diet)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
Brown roast in a large skillet in oil for 5 minutes on both sides. Remove from skillet and put into a
crockpot. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top of the roast then pour enough Coke® to cover. Turn on high
and cook for 5 to 6 hours.
