Crockpot Grape Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients You'll Need
1-1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
3 Tbsp. grape jelly
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Combine all ingredients in 3-4 quart slow cooker; cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove chicken from slow cooker, shred using two forks, and return to slow cooker.
Cook on high for 10-15 minutes until sauce is thickened. Serve on buns.
